Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. However, once credit card authorization has been obtained, we generally strive to process and ship your order the very same day.

US Domestic Orders
Your order will be shipped via FedEx. Based on the delivery address, some orders may be shipped through USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Orders over $100, before tax, qualify for free shipping. Valid in the Continental US only.
Ground: Generally takes 1-5 days after processing. Express Shipping: Delivery by the end of the second business day, Monday-Friday (must be received by 10am to ship that day).
*all delivery times are pending credit card authorization, which can sometimes take up to 24 hours, depending on your card.
International Orders
We do not currently ship internationally, but please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Most of our items have custom measurements included on the individual product detail page. The following chart is how we base our average measurement for our junior based sizing. Each brand may vary, so please check the details of the individual item on the product information page. If you would like information for a different size than listed, please email us and we will be happy to send you any measurements.
We want to be sure that you absolutely love each item you receive. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the item you ordered, we are happy to help. If we made a mistake on your order, please email us at info@lovenell.com. Below is our return and exchange policy, please don’t hesitate to ask us if you have any questions!
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returned items must be in new and unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and have the original tags attached. Items must be returned with all original accessories. When returning with our return label, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your return credit. If you would like to use your own shipping service, please use the address below. We recommend using a shipping insurance or tracking number, as lovenell is not responsible for missing return packages lost in transit. Final Sale items include socks, tights, intimates, giftcards and ALL SALE ITEMS and are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have received your return. An email confirmation will be sent once your return has been completed.
Exchanges will be offered in the form of store credit once we have received and approved your return (please refer to return policy above). You will receive an email confirmation with store credit information once your return has been processed. Please be sure to note on your Returns/Exchange form that you would like to do an exchange. To ensure that your item will still be available by the time your return is processed, please email us with the item you would like in exchange.
